Quitting smoking doesn’t have to be a struggle or experience major emotional rollercoasters. *Join this quit smoking program and get rid of your tobacco/nicotine once and for all.
Including a personal 60 min. hypnosis and hypnotherapy session. Then you participate in 4 evenings where you will be boosted in your decision with joint hypnosis. Joint hypnosis is pure classical hypnosis. This means that only the hypnotist makes suggestions to the subconscious mind.
