Do you overeat and/or can’t leave the sweet and unhealthy things alone? Are you struggling with – or against – excess weight and just want a change now? The program includes a personal 60-minute hypnosis/hypnotherapy session and 11 evenings of 1.5 hours each with weighing and measuring, diet and exercise advice/guidance and joint hypnosis.
Joint hypnosis is pure classical hypnosis. This means that only the hypnotist makes suggestions to the subconscious mind. *There is a weight loss guarantee on this program
