Treatments
Good to know before hypnosis treatment
– Welcome to Shin Hypnose!
A hypnosis treatment consists of a pleasant consultation to clarify the problem. Usually 1-3 hypnosis treatments are enough, depending on the problem/condition.
Your hypnotist will inform you about hypnosis and the positive effects on subconscious mind, and you will try hypnosis before the actual treatment, so you feel comfortable with the hypnotist as well as the hypnosis state.
Hypnosis has nothing to do with power and control, although most people imagine so when thinking about hypnosis.
You will be 100 % aware all the time throughout the hypnosis
You do not have to believe in hypnosis, and you may be skeptical as long as you follow the instructions from the hypnotist.

Why do we use hypnosis treatment?
We use hypnosis as treatment because it is a fantastic tool to change emotional patterns. Since birth, we begin to store information in our subconscious mind. From our perceptions of events and experiences, our emotions react, and later we can evoke those feelings by thinking back to specific events of our past, or maybe imaging situations in the future. Most often, we also feel symptoms of our emotions. In short, one can say that the patterns of our emotions are determined by our memory, our expectations and our imaginations of the future.
When you are in the state of hypnosis, it is possible to change the emotional patterns that you have built up over time by changing the perception of any conscious or unconscious experiences.
Hypnosis is a great tool to influence human resources. Often this is not something we can control consciously. During a hypnosis treatment, it will typically be the hypnotist who influences the client’s resources, but basically it is the client who heals her/himself.
Since the brain is designed to think in frames – i.e. beginnings and endings, for example – it can be frustrating to philosophize over the infinite. Therefore, we would also like to have a reason for issues in order to understand our feelings. Since the subconscious mind remembers everything, it is often possible to find a cause or a reason for specific emotions. Failure to do so may result from indirect or unconscious considerations, or a confusion between the rational and the subconscious. It is a relaxing feeling to be in the state of hypnosis and often you will relax more than when you sleep.
By using NLP and psychotherapy in the hypnosis-trance, it is possible to achieve greater success than suggestion alone, depending on the problem.
When we see people who change radically in hypnosis shows, it is because that the concentration is directed directly into a mono-ideism – the person becomes 100 % concentrated on just one thing and the feeling will become so overwhelming that the suggestion by the hypnotist becomes a reality in the person’s mind.
The state of hypnosis is the same in both the hypnosis shows and in the clinical sense (Hypnosis treatment). The difference lies solely in what is done during the hypnosis. Hence the concept of hypnotherapy, when it is psychotherapy the hypnotist practices under the client’s hypnosis state.
Most issues/problems are rooted in anxiety and insecurity. For example, low self-esteem could be the anxiety of not being good enough and so on. However, in the case of habits, it is often another theory that comes into play. You can start by asking yourself what the difference is between an addiction and a bad habit.
*We emphasize that hypnosis and treatments do not guarantee improvement and should be seen as individual outcomes where results may vary from person to person.
