Treatments

A hypnosis treatment first consists of a pleasant conversation to clarify the problem. Usually 1-3 treatments are enough, depending on the problem/condition.

Your hypnotist will tell you about hypnosis and the subconscious mind, and you will try to get into hypnosis before the actual treatment so that you feel comfortable with him/her and the hypnosis state.

WHY DO WE USE HYPNOSIS TREATMENT?

We use hypnosis as a treatment because it is a great tool for changing emotional patterns. Since birth, we begin to store information in our subconscious mind for better or worse. Based on our perceptions of events and experiences, our emotions react and later on we can evoke the emotions by thinking back to events from our past or imagining situations in the future. Most often, we also notice symptoms of our emotions. Simply put, our emotional patterns are determined by our memories, our expectations and imaginations of the future.

*When in hypnosis, it is possible to change the emotional patterns you have built up over time by changing the perception of any conscious or unconscious experiences.

Hypnosis is a fantastic tool for influencing human resources. Often it is not something we can control consciously. During a hypnosis treatment, it will typically be the hypnotist who influences the client’s resources, but in essence, it is the client who heals or prevents themselves.

Since the brain is designed to think in frames, i.e. a beginning and an end, it can be frustrating to philosophize endlessly, for example. Therefore, we also want to have a reason for our problems in order to understand our emotions. Since the subconscious mind remembers everything, it is often possible to find a cause or a reason. Failure to do so may be due to indirect or unconscious considerations, or a confusion between the rational and the subconscious. Being in the hypnosis state is a wonderfully relaxed feeling and often more relaxed than when sleeping.

*By using NLP and psychotherapy in the hypnosis trance, it is possible to achieve greater success than suggestion alone, depending on the problem.

When we see people in hypnosis shows who change radically, it’s because their concentration is steered directly into a mono ideism i.e. the person becomes 100% concentrated on just one thing. the feeling will become so overwhelming that the hypnotist’s suggestion becomes reality in the person’s mind.

In other words, the hypnotic state is the same in a clinical sense as in hypnosis shows. The difference lies solely in what you do during hypnosis. The term hypnotherapy is used if psychotherapy is practiced during the client’s hypnotic state.

Most issues are rooted in anxiety and insecurity. Low self-esteem, for example, could be the fear of not being good enough and so on. When it comes to habits or bad habits, however, it’s often another theory that comes into play. You can start by asking yourself the question, what is the difference between a vice and an addiction?

Watch the video below. It also explains very well what hypnosis really is.

*We emphasize that hypnosis and treatments do not guarantee recovery and should be seen as individual results, where results may vary from person to person.

What is Hypnosis?

Hypnosis is a form of treatment that can be used for physical and psychological issues. It is used for change processes, using the subconscious mind to change thought patterns that may be inappropriate for a person’s well-being.

How does hypnosis work?

By “short-cutting” the subconscious mind, the hypnotist gains access to a vast amount of unconscious resources through which the hypnotist can change the perception of conscious or unconscious experiences. During treatment, the hypnotist thus influences the client, but it is essentially the client himself who heals or prevents himself.

What can be treated with hypnosis?

Many issues can be treated through hypnosis, including anxiety, phobias, jealousy, stress, depression and more. It can also be used in connection with physical pain, where hypnosis can act as a pain reliever.

Who can be treated with hypnosis?

Basically, anyone who wants to can make use of hypnosis treatment. However, it requires that you are willing to engage in the treatment, that you are comfortable with your therapist and trust this person.
