Would you like a birth with less pain? And where fear is replaced by positive thoughts, relaxation and a mental focus that provides the best conditions for the natural process? On a birth hypnosis course, you will learn, among other things, pain management – completely without medical aids, self-hypnosis and being able to visualize yourself away from negative thoughts and emotions. *You will learn how birth can be guided to a place where both you and your baby experience a much greater sense of calm and contemplation. This is a course for both singles/couples.
